HOW TO ENTER

1. Complete an entry form and pay the entry fee.

The entry fee is $15.00 per person, and is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Entry forms are available from Official Tournament Ticket Agents or you can download, complete, and print the on-line entry form, and mail to:

Mail entries must be postmarked by August 29, 2011.

2. To enter your catch in the tournament, have the fish weighed at one of the official weigh-in stations.

3. Donate $50 or more to receive a special gift. Donate online now or mail a check to the Tournament Chair at the address above. Your donation is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive your ornament after tournament winners are announced.

5. The tournament committee will contact you if you are the winner of a cash grand prize or a raffle prize.
